My first tent grow

Hey guys im a new member! Glad I found this site, because this is my first LEGAL tent grow thanks to the new law. I’ve only grown a few times and I have some questions...I’m on day 50 from seed, just flipped the bloom switches on my led and went to 12/12. My plants have been in a separate veg tent for 50 days. My question is a few of the plants are showing yellowing towards the bottom, I flushed two days ago with 6.4-6.6 h20...I’m measuring my run off at around 5.5....should I be worried about my yield? The plants seem to be growing fine...

Running with both the VEG and BLOOM switches flipped on? If you don't ... you should.

You will find that under LED's, these things increase their appetites for calcium and magnesium. In my last run, I tested doubling the amount of Botanicare Cal-Mag since I had chlorosis - yellowing of the "meat" of the fan leaves with the veins still dark green. Botanicare's directions say 1 tsp/gallon every watering but that didn't seem to satisfy their needs for Ca and Mg

Beginning Week 3 until the end of Week 7 of bloom, I upped that to 2 tsp./imperial gallon during their Sunday AM feed and another 2 tsp./imperial gallon three days later. I gave them 1 tsp./imperial gallon of Epsom Salt once per week as well. After 10 days, the meat of the fan leaves darkened nicely. I stopped with the Cal-Mag after the end of Week 7 since wanted to start to reduce the N as she finished up.

The Botanicare has since run out so I've switched to Remo's MagNiFiCal - but I still give them 2 tsp/imp. gallon twice per week.

For adding nutes and stuff, it's always better to start slow. Increase it during water only then check in Week 3 of flower. If you don't see any yellowing with dark green veins on the upper fans, you are good. If you do still see some, add that additional tsp during feed day as well.

Just re-read the original post. You are growing in coco - and I am using a black earth/peat based substrate. I do know that watering and feedings with coco is more frequent than with soil.

How often do you water them?
