Sorry about that. Well im not using anything special. I was just thinkng of putting my clones straight in a solo cup or something similar with ocean forest. And just misting my clones when needed.Give us more details.
If you're using an aeroponic cloner, like Clone King (I just bought one), then you don't need rooting solution.
If you're cloning in rockwool or Rapid Rooters (I've done both), then I advise you to use a rooting solution.
I used Clonex gel and Take Root powder by themselves, and together. And all combinations worked fine. Clonex is the most popular I'd say.
Ok so i can soak my cutting in a jar with water for 24 hours or? What does the jar need to have in it? Sorry didnt really understandRam you can do it without I used to do it all the time when most were using Powder, I never used any, But you will have better Luck with a gel or liquid, and you can even put Small willow branches in a small jar and leave them in there for 24 hours then you can Soak your cutting in it for about an hour before putting them into medium.
My luck without was around 70 % and worked ok so try a few different ways and what ever works well for you go for it. Good Luck
Thanks ill go to my local greenhouse for that stuff thanks. Glad i waited and not cutt without that gel/powder. Sounds like ill have better luck. Thanks againI use gel and powder. Propagation dome and a lamp above to create heat/light. I have never not have a clone root.
Spray the clone leafs twice a day.
I also like to scrape the end and cut a v into the end of the stalk. Then into gel, then powder and then into pellet
If you google search 7-10 day clones on google you will find the info on that grow weed easy website. That's basically the method I useThanks ill go to my local greenhouse for that stuff thanks. Glad i waited and not cutt without that gel/powder. Sounds like ill have better luck. Thanks again
wow u must bemaster clone man never lost one??please don't spray leafs spray inside dome not leaf all that does is slow things down !I use gel and powder. Propagation dome and a lamp above to create heat/light. I have never not have a clone root.

Nope never lost one. Although its not like I'm cloning hundreds at a time. I just do what I need. I clone all sorts of plants other than weed. Its not rocket science.wow u must bemaster clone man never lost one??please don't spray leafs spray inside dome not leaf all that does is slow things down !

Willow sticks off the willow Tree, if you don't have one nearby then get some Clonex, Or Olivia's work well, just remember when you take them make sure you have a NODE, I usually go with a 3 or 4 node branch and make your 45 degree or harsher cut right below that I like to but at least two to three inches in the soil, Mist them 5 to 6 times a day under your dome, for the first 3 to 5 days then maybe 1 to 3 times a day depending on how they are looking, You want to get away from to much humidity after 5 days you want the clones to have to fight a bit for the roots, if you give to much water they will not root very fast,Ok so i can soak my cutting in a jar with water for 24 hours or? Hell yea. Very smart thinking. I would've never thought of using an igloo cooler. Thanks for the info. I would like to see your pics. Mine are always rooted with in 7 to 10 days, Keep em Clean warm and enough light, slowly let the humidity lower over the days to increase your root growth. just don't use to hot of a light, I use a 4 bulb 2 foot hydrofarm and take 2 bulbs out when cloning keeping it about a foot and a half above, I'll see if I have a pic to post to show you my set up which isn't Rocket Science but its worked for many years now, that is just a Igloo cooler with a Plexiglass top. works awesome. looking good. Peace out Bro and good luck

I do have a willow tree. So get a few branches, put them in a cup with water for 24 hours, then use that water to put my clones in for an hour right? Just making sure i understand what your saying. And if so what does that do?
