8k flower, 25x12x8feet ceiling.nanolux ballasts,ductless hoods, plant max bulbs.
3 ton and 2 ton cool mart mini split.
co2 tank @ 1500ppm.
trying loosefill this round, normally i run cocoperlite. 9 per tray 7 gallon containers +tomato cages
phoenix 270htx dehu + kenmore 70 pint + another 70 pint.
78 degrees 45% humidity
goal is 20

trellis should be in next couple days. most pics from first day of flower and last couple days of veg.

Nice man Very professional looking set up good luck with your target with that much light and co2 you should be pulling some nice harvests :peace:

i also am not a fan of fixed height. this room was built before i got here so im trying to make the best with what i have at this spot. i have other rooms with same height and i make it work, it does get sketchy with some og strains. i would prefer 12 feet ceiling and double ended setups. this is a budget grow to get us going for hopefully something better in the future. the plants will finish at leaast 16 inches away from the bulb. if i dim the last week to prevent light burn i think i should be alright . what do you think?

actually the og cross outyields the bluedream for me everytime. i can get 3 per light with it pretty consistently.. it is a little bastard to grow though and has always given me issues.. i think i got her figured out this time.. so hopefully quality will be better. i know other people growing the same cut and it comes out better. 3k per unit quality.
you really seem to know your shit.. if your only getting 1.8 per light you should seriously consider switching up your cuts..

mongo.. i havent got under 2.5 in the last year.. with any strain.. in any of my rooms.. i know dudes that havent got under 2 in the last 5 years.. with any strain.. any issue in there room.. so your doing something wrong, or different... lets clear that up.. you said your quality is on point i believe you.. hook me up with a tray and ill show you how to pull 2.5 per lamp with your own cut.

im pretty sure youre doing perpetual correct? otherwise to have a scheduled flip day is ridiculous. if you vegged another week you would shoot way past your expected yield. or... add more per light. no one likes to switch shit up. everyone thinks they know it all.. but anyway you look at it.. your falling short.
2 is the new AVERAGE. in a couple years youre going to have to switch it up or get left behind. there are many ways to skin a cat.. and as long as your hitting 9 ps per light per year minimum.... then your doing well.. but if you have to use twice the power.. twice the runs.. twice the coco. twice the nutes, twice the ammount of harvests to get there... fuck i guess if your way works lol..

the cut im running is lemon og X white widow. it is a massive yielder with some of the stickiest nugs ive ever seen. only downfall for me is its a 10 week cut.

my 4 light room will be a new cut of SFV that i just got ahold of. ive seeen the finished product of it and its better than the sfv cut i already have. and dudes seem to get larger nugs with this cut. ill post pics of it so you can see that i can grow other things besides yielders.

You have an awesome room, I never talked bad about your set up. But i don't think your taking in consideration veg time in your calculations when you compare your yields with others. With your veg time, annually you are doing the same as some one vegging for only 3 weeks. See your veg alloys you for 3 runs a year, because you have a 7 week veg as it looks in your pictures. So basically a guy with a short veg time is harvesting almost twice by the time you have vegged and fully flowered. And that guy is getting 5 harvests in about 13 months or so. So its all the same thing. Definitely no knocking you in any way, your a fine gardener and it shows in your room. And yes post a pic or 2 of some finished bud shots.

how many units per lamp per year do you get? simple as that. id imagine you get 8-9.. same as myself...you had to buy more coco, transplant more, harvest more times, use more nutrients.more light in full watt mode, essentially you do more work for the same thing... more than one way to skin a cat. i dont veg under alot of light. 3 weeks ish now that i got my veg figured out, under 4000 watts or so in flower room before i flip. you are right in everything you said besides one thing. i do veg 7 weeks, but 4 weeks of it are in another room... under only 800 watts.. so its not costing shit for power thats a clone/veg room half of my down time has always been harvest. now that i have a trimmer and a solid crew, ill be getting 4 harvests a year per room. 65 day run, 7 day harvest/dry 21 day veg. its like a week shy of 4 per year. ill take some pics through out this run and finished flower

You already know what I'm getting per lamp. You said it in post #13, right after you said i really need to consider switching strains. And i do that on a 24 day veg. I never have talked about me yielding huge numbers.

found a small c vault at my shop. left over car weed type shit but you get the point. this is the blue you love so much. sorry to hate on your cut. but you hated on the blue first lol and you have some negative way of thinking about vegging .. like im cheating or something because i grow bigger plants than you.. same team yo. id like to learn some things from you and im sure theres a thing or two i may know that you dont. all i was getting at is there has to be a way you can get into the 2s without compromising your 4 and a half runs per year. good luck homie
