My friend has been right about everything, but we disagree on distance/intensity of LED lights...Opinions?

Sounds like he’s not up with newer lighting tech, in veg I can hang my 480w bar lights 4+ft over canopy. I bring em down to about 18in in flower. Side note that 240w lights not enough to optimally flower a 3x3. Throw another in there you’ll be golden.

I bought an hlg 350r and converted to it from a cmh 315 in 7 weeks of 12/12. Never grown with led, so I turned it up to full power. Immediately got foxtails. After a bunch of research, I found someone with the same light that follows the schedule below. Not sure I’ll ever use 100% again, but maybe this gives you an idea.
