My friend is a dumb ass

OK here are 4 plants in early flowering. they are on a 12 12 light schedule.( one 100 watt hps and one 4x3 t5 fluro) they are being drip irrigated aswell as fogged by the boittom. they are growing in leca growing medium above the resivour inwhich the roots hang into. all this in a closet linned with aluminum foil and a box fan on high. i am using pro bloom organic nitirents and the first introduyction of it was three days ago.

ok one plant was looking very sad but all had a certain affliction. the shitty looking oone was not drip watered for one day. anyways something is worng. the tips on all leaves curled and died. this has not progressed.

any help or suggestions to get this prob under warps would be great.
