my frist grow any tips

this is my frist grow atemp had some bag seeds at frist all i had was some heat lamps, its all i had at the moment but they lived so i invested in a 400watt h.i.d system with the mh bulb and the hps bulb the mh bulb blow out with in 20 hours of use so i move over to the hps bulb and drop the power to 75% so not to overload the braker house was wired by a tweekers but what ever. anyways about 6 weeks in i clip some leafs off to open the plant up a lil then it started to weep really bad but after a nice watering it sprung back still think i should not of cut them but like i said frist grow live and learn

Sorry no tips at the moment, but I do have a few questions. Can you add some side pics? Also do you plan to use that space for the duration of your grow?

to be honest i dont know yet im waiting for the plants to show there sex and at that point i will see what im doing im really thinking about investing into a tent and going that way i just invested in a new inline fan 450cfm with a 16inch carbon filter but i know its a small space for five plants but working with what i got at the moment.

You can run a 400 watt at full power with little worry of tripping a circuit unless you have a lot of other stuff on that circuit.

My tip would be to read as many of the stickied posts as possible and some grow journals.

I miss the mylars from the walls, I miss the reflector too. At the moment, You're losing half of your lumens for nothing.

im going to change the power back to 100% moved the cord to the basement circuit use to run a rv off it so it can handle my light and fan. i forgot it was at 75% till i read my post agine and i dont have a reflector on because it wont cover all the plants and havent gave mylar any thought because the wall were glossy i thought it would work
