If it's your place just put your foot down. Don't be afraid of disciplining her on the spot if you catch her watching something you deemed inappropriate. When the mom gets mad tell her you won't allow that type of shit at your house and If she don't like it she can get the fuck out.. honestly, it all seems simple enough.
