My girls are exactly open month old, should they be bigger?

i am growing in FF hapy frog under an 8 bulb t5, i have neuted for the first time recently. i have heard that they should be bigger, or that they can be bigger. i would love some feed back on what everyone thinks.. mahalo

They are fine, dont worry about it they will shoot up soon.
