My Grow room

Looking for suggestions on what I can do to make my grow room better. This is what I have built:

I made a 3' x 3' x 8' high max ( I made the room with a cieling that can be raised or lowered) grow room. I made the shell out of Pvc pipe and wrapped it with black plastic. I then lined the entire inside with Mylar including the roof and floor. I have a SunSystem 250 hps/mh lamp with 4 shop lights vertically mounted in the corners and filled with the "sun" bulbs. I also have a 50cm exhaust fan in the cieling.

What else can I do to make the room better so that I can grow some killer bud?

You need fresh air coming in,3x3,250watt?Your gonna need more than that when they start to flower. 400/600 watts.

How many lumens should I have for my setup? By my math I have 9 square feet and a output of 44,000 lumens. Everything I read says to have 4000- 5000 lumens/sq.ft. Is that not correct?

I run at least 50 watts per square foot in my grow.

Can I add lights to my setup to help out? If so what would you recommend?

doesnt sound like you have room for more lights. i would cut an intake hole at the bottom of the tent. also, i would put a fan in the tent to circulate air. other than that, everything sounds good!
