ok i think i've figured out the problem but any other advice on this would be great

ok at first i had a tiny lil heat stress which i fixed easily no prob, now tho i think this prob is just a plant food thing as i had up until right this minute just been feeding on water only so plant was'nt get right nutes, the leaves on this plant seemed very dry and plant had kinda just stopped shooting upwards but continued to grow outwards.i'm not sure what this is that i'm growing as i mixed up my seeds by accident :( i was thinking that this may be a auto or lowryder of some sort as the shoots on this baby started at a really early stage and other plants i have grown this has happend alot later on.dont kno to much about growing but never came across a plant yet that fills out like this is so far, i mean if this aint a lowryder its gonna be one bushy bugger

oh yeah i'm growing under a 250watt hps(1 plant only)

haha never noticed till now but dog sneaked into one of the pics

If the pots are 11.5 ltrs then they dont need to be repotted , I use those as they are free from my local co-op shop and they are good to flower , ive grew 5ft plants in those before , but i can see there is no perlite or vermiculit in the soil so what tends to happen is the bottom of your pots dont dry out and your roots dont grow as quick cos the soil will turn to mush .
If i were you i would still use those pots but go and buy some perlite and mix that in with your soil .
What are your temps , humidity , watering schdule , are you giving nutes yet ,

temp ranges from 15 upto 25

been watering around 3 times a day only just gave it first plant food feed tonight, not to sure of humidity but it is quite dry in the cupboard to be honest.i'm gonna repot tomorrow just in same pots but get some perlite in there and some better compost

would spraying the plant with water help with the dryness of the humidity are is that a bad idea

haha i think i figured out the problem some silly person which was probaly me had caught the timer switch so light has been on 24/7 for last three days no wonder it was so hot and dry in there i would never have notice if i did not wake up late last night needing a pee.hopefully over next few days of dark period plant should slowly fix its self it already seems alot better on the leaves after one short 6 hour dark period

haha the lessons we learn as we grow and our plants grow

here's some new pics just incase anyone is interested, i'm gonna repot it tomorrow as there is a few roots out bottom of pot now and extra space will only help it grow better
