fdd, i really like your threads about growing, they pretty much guided me thru my first grow.... but you need to read my thread again. I didnt run and i wasnt resisting. my friends ran away and just left me i didnt run. the cops acted like i did it on purpose and were treating me as a criminal thats why i decided not to tell them anything. didnt fucking run! didnt fucking run! didnt fucking run! they acted like i was trying to run! i wasnt resisting arrest they acted like it and beat the hell outa me. cops killed my stepdad's sister because she fuckd up real bad she was drunk and then wouldnt let them have sex with her to get away with the crime. so they beat her over the head with a flashlight and strangled her. do you know what happened to the cops? nothing. no i actually only smoke 1 blunt. i didnt wana talk about the wreck anymore and i just wanted to go to sleep. i still have 3 more blunts and im about to smoke them and eat some chinese food. ill get back after i smoke 1 or 2

if you refused to tell the cops what your name was or provide i.d. and you operating a motor vehicle then you were resisting arrest. really simple.

i fucked up my story a lil, i had the handcuffs when he asked my name the first time. i dont know why i was originally handcuffed, they were yellin at me like a criminal so i said fuck you blah blah blah and then not another word other than i plead the fifth. i thought i had the right to not say anything to them. they didnt have a solid case because i didnt go to jail. i went to the hospital and then home. i think i have a case for excessive force, i took pictures of my injuries. ok im goin to smoke another one. then i will tell you my plan for a new car.

once you are under arrest you do have the right to remain silent. if you encounter the police anytime you are operating a vehicle you are required by law to provide identification in most states. for all they knew you had no licsence. And just because you weren't arrested doesn't mean you don't have paperwork on the way to appear in court.

i know im going to court. they didnt tell me what charges i was arrested under on scene though. i was handcuffed and wish to remain silent and thats when they used excessive force on me. i know im in the wrong on this one though, but what they did was wrong. I was wrong for driving my car so fast and they were wrong in how they handled the situation. it was unlawful how they handled it. they didnt ask for my id, or ask to search me they just did it. Although, i do have a plan to get a new car. I am a saver not a spender so i have quite a bit of money saved back, and a good job. My grandmother offered to give me not lend me a significant amount of money but i turned it down. I have thought about her offer, but i think i want to borrow the money and give her a certain amount back each time i get a pay check. I am still hesistant to do this though... help me who thinks i should deny it completely or borrow it and pay her back as quickly as possible?

well if you are a man of your word borrow it and give her a % of every check till you pay her off

you wont get any argument out of me on that one but you have to know how to handle the situation. you don't curse at a cop, ever, for any reason, regardless of how you feel they're treating you. if they want to give you hell they're going to find a reason to give you hell. the only thing you can do is refrain from pissing them off. you act respectful, adress them only as officer, and remain calm and 9 times out of 10 you'll walk away in a better situation than if you over reacted.

If that was me, I would have a law suit, written out and ready to go. with a Mean Joe Green lawyer to boot. If what your saying it completely true, Not only would the BEST Lawyer in town Take your case for free and take a commission out of the win that would most defiantly happen. plus the second that happened. any crap lawyer would have been like "press conference immediately" and this would be a national story in like 5 seconds flat.

the 5th amendment is your god given right, and a cop breaking your right, is a wet dream for a attorney.
