you water every 3 days even if they don't need it? also looks like to much N

is your climate cold, have you recently added your light? What temp is your feed/water?
They are a pretty dark green which can indicate too much N - could be the lighting as well.
The droop looks like over watering to me though.

What is the humidity and heat like in your room and what is the PH level of your water? Test the RUN OFF water ph level, start with that, if it is off the charts then you have your problem. If you do not identify the true problem and start treating them for the wrong things they might die. Diagnose properly and they should bounce back nice.
