My leaves are curling down.

Im growing some mids with a very nice setup in my entertainment center in my room, Im using two 6500k white cfl's. My plant is two weeks old and has been growing well but my leaves are starting to curl down. I water it every three days, and give it some nutes every 7-14 days ( the first time i fertilized it was yesterday, but the leaves curled down before that.) The soil im using is a organic mix of spanish peat moss and soot that was also baked in a fire when a buddy burned down his house a while back from making a unsafe growing room. What do you think is causing the leaves to curl down like that, they seem to be healthy.

hi, im having problems with my young plants that have been in veg for about 3 weeks (all clones). The top leaves are drooping and curling up. I dont belive its over waterin, nor underwatering. im using canna coco soil, no nutes addes as yet (just water) under a 250 watt HPS bulb about a foot and a hallf away from the plants. i believe my friend may have accidentally left the newley rooting cuttings under 12/12 for 3 days....(clown) after that they were then put on 18/6 for a week and are now on full 24. also some of the lower leaves are yellowish with small brown speccles are folding up!! i just dont understand what the issue is. the temp is usually between 65 and 85 max. i am going to try and upload some pictures now for you to look at. please

PLEASE any help on this matter would be appreciated, :wall:

Hey I know that if the lower leaves are more of a uniform yellow, its underwatering. but if you have yellow tips, thats dew to over watering. I did a lot of research last night on why leaves would curl and just about anything it seems like would cause the leaves to curl down. But the most common reasons for leaves doing this is over fertilizing or high heat stress.
