my leaves are hard as rocks???

ok my plants are a week old tomorrow and there are 3 of them..i germinated all 3 and planted them, then only 2 sprouted
but these 2 are sick =(

i have to do a stealthy grow so its in a crappy ventillated area but i have a fan on the inside of the box blowing on & off..my box is 18x14x35 i have 2 43watt and 1 26watt cfl about 3-4 inches away


the 2 leaves without the jagged edges are hard as rocks..idk why. i give them a cup full of water every other day. im thinking it just might be too hot??

any help or suggestions are very much appreciated

but thier not even a week old yet, and i forgot to put up there, that the tips of the smooth round leaves are turning yellow..like just the very very tip of then..idk they just seem hard to the touch

Those first leaves are supposed to be hard, they are supple with food for the young seedling. They always fall off after the plant is a week or 2 old, especially once they start getting their sets of true leaves. No worries they should be just fine. Give them time to get some true leaves.
