Looks sick. Need more info. Soil, nutes, light, feeding schedule. Looks like overwatering for sure is one of the problems.

At a glance I would say overwatered, stretched and N def - She looks very sad =(

Not too terrible, for a first try. Trust me, I've seen much worse. Next time, use at least twice as much soil, use a tad more fert(high N) read up on watering techniques, and get some more lighting. That was grown with CFLs, correct? Buy a small HPS or a bunch more CFLs, and yolu'll get a much better yield. HPS is the way to go though, IMO.

Close-up picture of fan leaves, do I see evidence of thrips or am I just baked? It certainly does not look happy at all.
