even after i transplant they still do it .i testing ph an all that it mite be lil hi but i dont no i never had these issues before

Those plants have been over watered. Give them a couple days no water. Let your tap water sit for 24 hrs. before using. After they’re drier and need feeding give them cal-mag plus 5 ml. Per gal.

That plant is on it's first set of true leaves. I wouldn't call that ready for transplant.
This 14 day old plant was just ready for transplant.

With the leaves so far past the edges of the container, it can certainly use more root-space. also way too easy to overwater in a tiny cup.
