Hi guys. Thought I'd chronicle my second grow and first TGA grow with you all, this also is a semi mainlined grow. Please feel free to throw in coments and suggestions as I'm still very new to growing. After culling all the boyz I have the following:

1 Ace of spades (she is huge) Hoping to find the black cherry soda pheno
2 Cheese Quake
2 Ripped Bubba
1 JTR
1 High CBD strain I got from the cup in Richmond called Sour Tsunami x Swiss Gold

This is week 1 of flower after approx 6 weeks of veg. They are in 10 gallon pots and are sitting in about 40-50% super soil. They are in a 4x6 tent with 2 600w LED's. On my last fishing trip (I salmon fish in the winter) to Oregon I stopped by and picked up a bunch of bags of Pro-Mix, so no more Roots Organics for me.

looks great! Be aware that Pro mix is not as strong as roots, so they may need to be topped off with some more S.Soil... maybe not, but thats what i got. :-)

Subbie - How was the fishing? I do lots of fishing, too. Mostly go after rock fish, lingcod, and halibut from my kayak.

Grow is looking great, by the way.

Hey thanx everyone, I do alot of reading and researching and you guys and this forum have been my go to place. I have a long way to go but I think alot of it is hands on experience which takes time.

Spicy, unfortunatly I cant do ocean, I tend to cHum alot (g), so I fish the Southern Oregon coastal rivers and streams for salmon and steelhead. These are guided trips mostly in a drift boat with the same guide who is amazing, taught me everything about this style of fishing. Have a trip coming up in about 2 weeks to Brookings, Or and hope to be the U.S.S. Salmon Slayer :)

Ah thanx Oriah. I actually top dressed with SS my first grow that had roots organic about 1/2 way thru flower, I assume I will have to top sooner with the Pro-mix, will watch closely.

I just took a peek at the flowering girls and they are coming along nicely at about 2 1/2 weeks. The strain that is catching my attention so far is the cheese quake. Of the 2, one is a bit more to the indica side the other a lil more sativa, I can already tell the buds are going to be fatties. After rubbing the main stems the more sativa dom plant is sweeter and a little more fruity smelling, don't get me wrong they both smell wonderful, but the difference is noticeable. Has anyone else seen this in their CQ grows? If so which pheno do u like?

Here's a lil Cheese ...

The AOS is huge, in second place is one of the ripped bubba's. Everything else is pretty even.

Im leaving Monday for 9 days, it will be awesome to see what I come back to.

Almost forgot. Northern lights out of Grants Pass is bringing in a pallet of the TGA super soil. I can only take about 10 bags of it, so lots more avail if u want it.

On my way back from Oregon I stopped by Collective Conscious Apothecary in Hopland and picked up a pack of Jack Skellington and some of Matt Rizes MrNice Guy 73 Ice Wax. Glad to be back home.

This being my second grow ever, I am learning alot. I can see a diiference from my first grow to this and will continue to dial things in so I can at least get closer to all of you guy's results.

Each plant has a differnt smell and they are all wonderful. I think my favorite so far is the 'grapier' of the 2 CQ's, the resin at 5 weeks is awsome. I am really enjoying the TGA genetics.

Here's my 5 week update.

AOS I'm assuming this is a JTR leaning pheno
