my medical grow room

hi this is my first medical grow and im getting the room ready now. i have a 10x12x8 foot space sealed completely air tight with white reflective poly on all the surfaces. i am getting the ebb monster hydroponic system and two 1000w lights. the lights will have 8 inch air cooled hoods hooked up with 935 cfm fans to each one and ran by convertible ballasts and carried on 6 foot light mover rails. i have a 7 cfm propane co2 generator 12,000 btu air conditioner/heater/65 pint dehumidifier. dehumidifier is hooked to a drain hose so i dont have to worry about it filling up and its a dual hose model so it doesnt remove air from the room. i have a ceiling fan and multiple fans on the ground. my water comes from a zero waste reverse osmosis system with a uv filter and second booster pump to supply it with water at 80 psi. i will have an air pump aerating my reservoir along with a heater hooked up to a temp/ph/ec/ppm meter(s) the air will be monitored by a co2 ppm gauge that controls the generator and a temp/humidity gauge that will run the air conditioner. i will have a water pump to remove water when i have to change the water in the reservoir. its all wrapped in r19 insulation, floor ceiling and walls. most equipment is hung on noise reducing hangers and unfortunately plants and equipment are all in the same room. i need to find good nutrients to use also thinking of starting with advanced nutrients. if you see anything i missed or goofed up on please help or even suggest an idea you think would work better or be more efficient. also im not going to train or scrog my plants. im starting with 6 super lemon haze seeds and will document the process for legal and educational reasons.

-thanks

One warning - dual hose air conditioners take some room air and send it through the exhaust - I have no idea why - so you need to be concerned about possible smell issues.

It sounds like you have everything covered. That is quite a nice design for a first time hydro grow. If you are doing a legal medical grow, smell shouldn't matter, correct? Or is that concern to keep rip offs from happening?

Wow!! Gonna keep an eye on this one, can't wait for the photo's. I used General Hydroponics Flora Grow, Bloom, and Micro grow on my aero-hydro grow. I also used distilled water, dump every 7 days and refurbished, went thru 200 gallons @ $.79 cent/gal, appears you have that covered. Good luck
Talk to me about that super lemon haze, what's it like?

thanks for the concern but smell really inst a issue because i own a lot of property in the country, its more of a privacy thing just for my comfort. ive found some models that leak a little air and some that are totally sealed. ive also found information on sealing the ones that leak a little but im not doing that. i was also wondering if anyone has experience with the ebb monster or with super lemon haze. ive heard it stretches a little if you get the super silver haze phenotype and stays a little shorter with the lemon skunk phenotype. supposed to be great tasting very strong. i watched a video of super silver haze growing at greenhouseseeds.nl and was guesstimated at 400 grams for a plant as tall as the guy in the video with a symmetrical Christmas tree shape. and advice or info will be much appreciated.

-thanks
