Air movement with no heavy movement or or around the flower
Away from wood, light, anything disgusting or dusty. I want the room to smell like air.. so nothing at all.
It hangs on the racks till it’s ready, no days can be set. It needs to be eyeballed. The stem should be able to bend and snap with a lil moist fell. It shouldn’t crack.
Leaves need to be able to flake right off. Smaller lower nugs first, then work your way to the tops that can actually need as much as a few extra days to dry to hit that window
If wet trimming, stop. Your giving your plants a glv/chloroplast bukkake. Your bud will taste like ass And it’s not ok.
After you have gently flake off the leaves (doesn’t have to be perfect, just don’t scissor fuck the flower)
Put the flowers in mason jars. For 24 hours I like to leave them in thier with the lid over the openening but not tightened over the mouth. Then they will go in the jars sealed in a dark cool place for 2 weeks. If the plant was properly dried it should have enough moisture to exponge some off the moisture on the circumference of the flower. To dry and it’ll be like hay, to moist and you’ll create a breeding ground for mildew. If it’s just right it’ll go swimmingly. You want it marinate in its own volatile terpines which is why jars are suppirior.
By the time your flower is ready it should Fell dry on thesurface with a moister fluff. It should be able to break up easily and fell lightly moist. Not dry, not wet. Sticky nug of the stem brittle with some spongy give.
It should burn eavenly and taste like terpines, not biomass or aids.
