you live, you learn. Dosent shut me off from helping strangers out of kindness and human decency. I don't tell ppl my biz who don't need to know, and I don't show my grows, cept online and still I only do bud shots or a plant here and there not a 1000 sq feet shot. point is though if your breaking the law, don't show anyone. If your not, still don't show anyone. I've not had one problem I couldn't handle since I started abiding by the rules because I came from Minnesota. And had to get out and went legit now in Michigan. But security is the most important imo too. Without it, that's like fishing in a boat with out the drain plug and hoping you won't eventually sink ;)

No worries @abe supercro im more than mildly insulted frequently because of my job. I wasn't insulted so it doesn't count, does it, lol? You would be surprised the drama of selling seeds lol. Makes high school drama seem mature. So I'm used to letting things wash off me, though I do try to reason still and be courteous, but to a point. Only reason I came on here was to clear a thread out about my company. I normally ignore shit like dude but he was way out of line and trying to damage my reputation so I gave him the opportunity to explain himself and it was just pure nonsense and before I knew it even the mods cleaned it all up. I'd have rather left it as is, for all to see. That's how I roll lol but I guess they didn't want a bunch of nonsense on here too. But I handled him well. Even he didn't get under my skin, it was about the principle and my honor.

experience helps when having to keep it cool. being mello and conciliatory is essential for customer service. wish i could say that was always easy for me, i tend to snap on days when im tired.

good luck with your seed biz endeavors, i was wondering why you chose a lighthouse for your logo. on a 'great lake', grew up very near a lighthouse when we still had fog horns, before radar and buoys covered everything. nice to meet you 'onomics.

I get angry at times too, no ones perfect. Nice to meet you too.
