I sean my landlord yesturday.He's cool he said the little piece of shit next door.Was trying to cause trouble saying he's probably dealing.lots of traffic driving fast.landlord told him untill i here a complaint from someone other than you I think he's great.Pays on time don't complane.If something breaks he fixes it.The dumb little peice of shit doesn't know.me and the landlord are smoke buddies.he ask me about a trade situation for rent.his son is leagle and I can give pot to his kid all leagle.My biggest concern is stiring the fire and him doing someshit to next years outside grow.You guys think I should stir the fire.or smoke a fatty and don't worry the land owner is on my side.

That's just something bizarre I made up after a crazy comment about a night of getting fucked up.

I say let it ride. I know for a fact that my landlords a 'head. A 'head knows a 'head, they say. Either way, my plants are gonna pay the rent. Whether I sell it to him for the price of rent or sell to someone else and pay the rent, it all works out.

But dude, you have the landlord on your side. Don't make his job harder by stirring the shit. I know, I'm in real estate management and the tenants that don't give you any problems get away with a lot more shit than the one's that complain all the time.

The problem is the snitch. When he sees he's getting no traction from the landlord, he may try another avenue to harm you.

My advice. Make sure all your paperwork is in order. Document everything this chump does. Because you can safely assume that this ass clown will eventually call the law on you. You may just have a case for harassment if he persists, especially if he trespasses to get to your outdoor grow next season.

Do not provoke this guy. Let him make the next move, but be ready for him.

Thanks for the advice I needed it.heres my plan let it be.grow enough to pay rent.next summer put a camera on my side.I'v had one they pick up sound for about 1/2 block.record that basturd planning to rob me or do someshit.Then I have evidence.Get a protection order I had one on a bad neighbor once.they calm shit down quik.I didn't mention the guy is about 25 has 4 young kids and no job no car.he's top of the turds in this world.time for the bowl peace!
