the one on this side sold, but the one on the other side will soon be going up for sale. the owner passed away and her family is here cleaning the property. it has a HUGE lot in the back so it may be a little more pricey.

Good luck with your new community, this is a good idea to try to get like minded people to move in, that is truly what makes a community. Did the other house sell to someone your aquanted with or to someone you never heard of? Great idea trying to let people know as homes in the area become available.
SOLD, on both sides. there should be more nearby though.
