200$ your more than likely gonna have to grow with CFL's but theres nothing wrong with that people get decent yeilds with CFL's if done right.
Start out with your grow space you said your moving to a shed. If this is a big shed your gonna major light issues your better off in a closet as first grow. Line the walls with reflective material (Pref. Mylar) Get some lights on your budget CFL's 26watt DAYLIGHT CFL's 6 pack at walmart cost 17$ youll want about a dozen for the ammount of plants you have. Your also gonna need a dozen 26 watt Soft white CFL's 13$ at walmart for a 6pk also. Some nutes I personally USE FF nutes because they come highley recomended by everyone. Assuming your growing in soil you need a good soil Fox Farm soil is amazing as well i use it If you cant get your hand son FF soil. Get any soil without nutrients in it and some perlite to mix it with 3/1 ratio. use the rest of the money to get a good grow tent. Best of luck to you
