thanks, yeh I added the H202 but I also used Diamond Nectar Fulvic acid because if it's low concentration (so if I screw up it's not going to be that bad) and the fact it supplies phosphorus and Potash is a form that is nearly imposable to overdose with and won't burn fragile root hairs. Seems like it payed off 
I also used hygrozime because... well I always use it and it prevents harmful rot etc.

"hygrozime" - does that contain any enzymes? Enzymes are organic compounds and would probably be broken down to elements by H2O2.

Yes hygrozime is an enzyme compound but it is compatable with low levels of H202, even says so on the bottle. It's really the best enzyme product ever produced, completely sterile and highly effective. Back when I was trying hydroponics (bad idea lol) hygrozime, and a small amount of H202 cured BAD root rot in two days!

OMG I know! It's $40 a bottle! I saw on the web site that they have a smaller, less expensive bottle but I haven't found a supplier for it yet. But yes, it is liquid gold!

Yes, add 1ml per litre of reservoir volume of 50% (horticultural grade) H2O2 every 3-4 days. If you can only get 3% pharmacy grade H2O2, use 17ml/litre.

Aero/bubbler/DWC cloners have this habit of rinsing off any Clonex gel which remains on a stem that's been dipped in it. NT suggests soaking the stem tips in Clonex gel for 15-20 mins before putting them in the cloner. I can't suggest anything better- seems to me that soaking the tips for a while will give an oppty for the gel to be taken up into the stems where it won't be simply rinsed off.
Keep in mind that rooting gels and powders are not essential- they will speed things up but absence of the stuff won't stop rooting from happening. The plant is programmed in its DNA to send out roots when a damaged part of a stem comes in contact with the right level of moisture. It will set root anyway, with or without rooting gel or powder. It'll take a bit longer without the stuff, though.
I have used Clonex gel before, but I prefer powders when cloning in rockwool. Powders form a paste which stays put in rockwool better through several waterings, but the powder will wash off in a DWC/aero arrangement as easily as do gels.
Pathogens like fusarium and pythium grow very easily in plain water. Stem tips will rot and the plant won't be able to get any water. The H2O2 eliminates the pathogen problem and adds oxygen to the solution in the cloner.
