My outdoor 2012 grow. Pics. update

Just wanted to show off my girls a bit. 14 plants are Lemon Kush (bagseeds), 6 Kushberry/K2 clones and a 3 mystery Indica Dominant bagseeds. Comments and suggestions welcome. Its through help from this site Ive gotten them this far. I also have one indoor mystery bagseed 1 week into flowering under a bunch of CFL's in a grow cabinet. Anyways here's pics of some of the girls..

Everytime I see plants from VI they look big and healthy. You Canadians are some lucky SOBs.

I dont think we get anything special as far as great cannibis growing conditions here. Its been cold and raining for days, So much so Ive been worried about my girls continued health. but they seem to be hardy plants that can endure much from the elements. Im looking forward to seeing how thy do as the season progresses. thx for the props everyone.

hey everyone I thought I would post up some new pics of my outdoor girls. Its been 15 days since the last pics were posted. So here they are. If anyone has any comments or suggestions im open to hear them. Thx all. killer.

Ok everyone Ive got a question. Ive topped most of my plants a month ago. they now have the two tops growing at about 1-2 feet above where I topped them. I still have months left this season and want to improve my yield. What else can I do to these plants as LST is not a option on my big ones any longer. Thx for any ideas.

You can always lst, top again or fim.. I would fim and lst imo.

super crop dude. that shit is better than topping cause ther is no period wher the plant has to slow growth production due to cutting material off.

Im thinking this as well. Im just freaked about bending branches. there so thick. What is the trick to ensure no breakage? Do I bend them all in the same direction? I guess I should do some research. Thx for the idea.

Im not sure about topping again as I dont know how much upwards groth Ill still have. Heavy indicas and there quite tall already. I know nothing about The FIM'ing. What does it do for the plant? And how much stress does the plant have to go through with a FIM?

ok so I super cropped one of my larger plants. I did all branches and tops but i didn't do the super low branches though I should I guess. Please let me know if I did right. Thx everyone.

Cut off the "super low branches", they're dead weight. As per the low stress training and bending, I squeeze the branch and slowly bend it outward and down. Be careful not to snap them off. Some strains are too brittle to do this with.

You could also tie the taller branches outward to expose the inners. Nice plants my friend, I'm always delighted to see people cultivating in their back yard. It gives me hope for the future.

Thx for the compliment. how high up the plant should I trim off branches. right now most of the plants have them as far down as 2 inches off soil.

I wouldnt cut any branches. It will jus stress the plant.
Let it do its thing. those super crops looks ok. in a day or 2 youl prob see a nice change

I only cut off branches that are spindly and don't look like they will produce. Its really a personal preference, if you leave the lowers on you could utilize a staggered harvest. Chopping the mature top buds first and then letting the lowers mature for a few more weeks. Being that you're in Canada you may not have that option because of the weather.

Yea sometimes we have to remember that this plant has been grown for thousands of years and it does pretty well on its own
