"Don't think about growing weed until you eat your first homegrown radish."

LOL!

I hope I got the point across.

It's hard for someone with no gardening experience to understand what gardening involves.

My Grandmother and Grandfather babysat me quite a bit. I loved playing in their half acre vegetable and flower garden. They kept chickens and ducks as well.

VG I snapped this pic for you tonight when I was posting a journal update! She was chewing a fan leaf right before I took this

Smart kitty doesn't get to help with the gardening much because she starts the leaf chewing which turns into full fledged anti-botany, removing soil, removing leaves, etc. She needs to take a lesson or two from Fluffy

A little catnip will distract your kitty from the Cannabis.

It is a very hardy plant that would do well in a pot at the edge of you grow.

Kitty will make a beeline for the Catnip.

Your girls and Kitty will both thank you!

Catnip volunteers all over my yard, but Fuzzy usually munches the small ones to death, leaving just a few patches he missed.

Peyote is slow growing and tiny compared to the San Pedro. Plus San Pedro is legal.

Not far from here is a massive specimen over fifteen feet tall at an old hacienda. It had hundreds of blooms like the one pictured in my post, last year.
thats it i want to move to cali :]
the sunshine, the ocean, the cannabis..

An update.

We've been dealing with real temperature fluctuations for months, which seem to be slowing things down, but otherwise, things seem to be doing well.

I haven't figured out how to insert these photos in such a way that I can add individual comments.

I hope you enjoy the pix!

Questions are always welcome.

Watch what it is doing, and remember it.

Once they begin revegging, their growth usually accelerates, giving you a large plant at the fall harvest.

Hello Veggie-
Thanks for checking in on my grow.
I skim through the forums and have visited your journal/comments more then you know. You seem to know your shit and I can always learn something new.
Yes, the weather has been crazy this year in California. A warm February, cold fronts rolling through every week and there talking rain and high temps in the 60's again this weekend. The State needs it, and there's nothing i can do about it, so all I can do is enjoy it, going to be VERY HOT VERY SOON!
Keep the soil rich n alive-

VG,

Thank you for taking the time to share your 50 years of growing knowledge.. It is very helpful (though the breeding info is over my head atm..) I'm in the 42 latitude and planning my first outdoor grow in a homemade greenhouse..

Question.. I believe I read that you put 4-6 plants in your 8x12 gh.. what is your spacing between plant centers and from the walls of your gh? Is the whole interior a raised bed or 4 foot planters per side?

Tia,

Rb
