What lights are you running inside? They all look healthy, I bet the outdoor plants just have the benefit of better light.

The one in the tent is flowering.... are the ones outside flowering?
And do you have good temps, air flow, etc in the tent? Mother nature regulates a lot of things for you..... Growing inside is typically more of a challenge than outdoor. Outdoor brings issues like storms, bugs, etc but at least mother nature provides the environment.

I think its likely just a matter of the sun is way more powerful than any grow light. I also think plants like a canopy temp closer to 82-84 with LED but dont quote me on that. The indoor plan.... you brought it inside from outside? Likely going from sunlight to LED has caused it some confusion and stress.

yes well given the fact leaf surface temp is -2°C than ambient under LED, and Cannabis grows best with ambient temps are @ 86 (without CO2 supp)

Outdoor plants can get a lot more than 8 feet tall.

Is the indoor pot the same size as the outdoor pots?
Just about 4 in. Shorter. I felt that the other ones would be too tall after flowering for the tent..

That doesn't sound like much of a difference. I was thinking if there was a big difference it could have been why the outdoor were healthier.
