well it should doubble in size when finished flowering.. i would have topped it or lst before i put it in 12/12 tho

You should get some 42 watters from home depot for like ten bucks. I think those would be great to add. I've seen that they also had 68 watters, warm spects, too. But thats upto you. When it comes to flouros, the more the merrier.

Yeah, don't top it now. You can lst a plant any time, it's easier to start when limbs are small, and flexible.
More lights will be needed as she grows, unless you want airy, light buds.
Depending on the strain, it could grow 3-4 times in height. Be ready to adjust your lights.
