My Plant Bended after Flush?

Earlier today I had to flush my 2 mOnth old 12/12 from seed due to overfertilizing and a little heat problem that I just fixed but now I just looked at my plant and the main stem bended I tried putting it straight but it's so weak it falls over but its only the 1st stem but the half below it still good and steady .. Any help please

Keep it cool and put it in the dark for 24 hours to give it time to recover, make sure that all the water from the flush has drained off and it is not sitting in a puddle.

Is completely drain still wet tho.. So ima just turn of my lights and give her 24 hours of dark ..
