My plant has stunted growth and already flowered.

In September I started my first attempt at growing marijuana. I had read that in San Diego you can grow year around so I sent it and planted my seeds. Its now February and my plants are roughly 6 inches tall and have been in its flowered state for roughly 2 months. I'm wondering if I should remove the plant and start anew or wait till Spring rolls around and hope that the long days trigger the vegetative state? What do I do? Hahahaha

Sounds like you're outdoors. Better to wait until April. Days are too short during winter. If you're starting indoors then flowering outdoors, wait until mid June to set them outside. Daylight hours vs dark... longer days for veg and shorter days for flowering. Days getting longer and longer from December 20 until June 20 will cause problems for flowering. Indoors that's all controlled, manually. June 20 until the first freeze is best for flowering outdoors. Indoors it's 18/6 for veg and 12/12 for flowering.

Unless you want to try to reveg . In that case, put it under 18/6 or 20/4 for a few months. Then flower again. Long hours of light will cause it to revert to the vegetive stage, with new shoots coming out of the existing budsites. But can cause the plant to double in overall size and height.

Thank You! Yes it is an outdoor grow. The plants are healthy just very small. I'll leave the plants out in hopes that the longer days coming will trigger a revegetation. I'm in no rush. Just curious, are there any type of cannabis strain that can be planted in the fall or winter?

Not outside. Freezing temperatures kills them. Indoors you can grow year round.

no you cant griow year round, you get long summer days where the plant grows, then you get short winter monthes where it hopefully flowers.
you just planted late on and instead of growing, it went into flower.
wait untill next summer and plant one earlier on, you will have a monster by flowering time, you may wish to buty a female seed if doing this for the first time, that way your 99% garanteed a female plant and bud at the end of it
