If you are asking for advice, only water about once/week in that mix. Let it dry out completely between waterings. If you get to the point where it can be repotted to a larger pot, have 1/3 perlite as part of that mix.

Just giving my opinion....serious though if I shit in a cup..it looks like that.
I probably wouldn't use molasses at this stage, but in general it provides a lot of trace minerals, calcium, potassium, and a lot of other stuff that will feed the good microbes in the soil, which in turn helps your plant thrive. Its kind of a wonderful thing.
