My plant is dying.... *Pics* What did I do wrong?

Here are the update pics, you can see she's doing better but 2 things that concern me are

The yellowing and the little rust spots on the leaves.. i'm not exactly sure what they are maybe a side effect from all the trouble she's been in?

When growing always remember that doing less is good,,but, dont listen to people when they tell you not to worry about your PH, as that will be a crucial part of growing if your water is at 7 or above, if you look in the growfaq at the top of the page, look under plant problems, then look at the pics under the PH one to see if their leaves kinda look like yours, it really helps a shit load,, good luck with your plant,,, peace,,,,:peace:....

I am having the same problem with my plant. I got 3 clones from my local shop. I built this hydro system and put them in (the plants are 2 weeks old) Yesturday I gave them a slow run of Co2 to jack them up. This morning I wake up and admire my soon to be great plaants and 1 of them took a turn for the worse. Let me break down what I got goin' run a 250 w MH light on 18hr cycles I run the water 4 times 9pm, 1 am , 5am for 12 min. then 830am for 7 min cause the light goes off at 10in the morn. I use a decent solution and I have the ph at 6. I was hopin somebody can help. Oh FYI the plant that is dying is called Heavy Duty Fruity. I hope my pictures will help. Please help!!!!
