my plant is not growing HELP

i have a plant that i just recently grew everything was coming out fine until the plant has reach a certine hight it has stop growing is flowering nice but not branches or getting taller whats going on AM ALSO A BE GINNER THE PALNT ITS ABOUT 9 INCHES TALL

generally, plants will reach maximum height 2-3 weeks after you go to 12/12 light cycle, the flowering cycle is when the plant focuses on flower production, vegetative growth is when it focuses on getting taller, bushier, etc.

But this plant is like seven weeks already

7 weeks in flower?

they dont look very good for 7 weeks...looks like your gonna yield very little.
