if your going to harvest in the next few days dont bother watering.and you should chop them down as early in the day as possible because trimming takes fucking ages.its the worst part of the whole thing imo.

thanx for tip man,, ive just bin lookin on google to find the answer to choppin time n it sed chop before ya lights come on as all the water from the plant goes to the roots at lights out so basicaly it would dry a bit quicker as it would av less water content, but as we turn on the lights the plant starts to do its thing drawing up from the roots hence it could of more moisture content, so chop just before lights come on it sed !!!!

Don't water......

Chop before your light comes on.....

Once your light comes on plants start pulling food/nutes back up from root zone into the plant.

I say go ahead and water, will make them take longer to dry and help keep from getting a hay smell. I also harvest right before the lights are suppose to come on.

I don't think time of day matters at all. I don't chop the whole thing off at once anyway. I take it out of the bud room and work on it a branch at a time. I also like to water it right up until I chop, I find it easier to trim if the plant is nice and firm. Watering does that.

I stopped worrying about trimming after I bought a spinpro. I will never hand trim again.
I have rented it out enough times to pay for itself and everyone that used it,loves it. Had one guy came back and bought one.
but, I still pull when the plants are dry,for sure.

I really want to try one of those, I hate trimming and the more plants I do the less I care how they look. Just want to get done.

the spin pro does awesome and doesn't tear the bud up, Imagine rolling your bud around a bbq grill, only the leaves that hang below the grill get snipped by a wire, so the actual bud area never gets touched. they also sell knock offs on ebay

1:47pm is when you should cut, and should have it trimmed and drying before 3:30pm then should be dry by 3:30pm two days from now and smokeable

at exactly 4:20 3 days from now.
