my plant streched could i bury the stalk deeper in soil to support it?

ok so ive started some church off from seed and one of them strenched like crazy and is 5inch with first set of leaves. it wont stand up without support so someone told be when i repot it bury half the bottom of the plant under soil so it looks smaller is this ok to do? thanks

I've had to do that 3 times now, I'm all scaredy-cat with my lights. I just dug up a bit by the plant and gently curved the length I wanted down into the ground without breaking the stem, of course, and buried it. I broke a stem on one of the three, but the other two are doing marvelous.

sweet that ones a misfit coz the others are nice but i want to keep them all!!! and tips on whens best to repot? they in baby pots and i duno if there ready for a repot?

i usually just wait til i c the roots thru the hole at the bottom of the pot

I let my seedlings get a couple of nice leaves on them before I replant. A time frame can be ballparked, but the condition of your plants is the main factor.
