My plant topped itself?!?!?

I'm not sure how this happened but my ch9 jack seed grew its first leaf and then nothing.About 4 days later something started out of the middle now 4 days after that it's got 2 tops and is doing pretty well. It's leafs r a little wrinkly for some reason . So my question is does anyone no y this happened? Was it a mistake I made or was it the genetic thing?
