my plant wont grow anymore :( or am i just impatient?

ok so i planted my germinated sead last week 9 days to be exact and it got like a inch tall and 2 leafs came out in about 3 days, since then my plant has not grown an inch or gotten new leaves.... btw this is my first grow......

Be patient a bit longer...if that dont help maybe transplant to a bigger pot with better soil?
What lighting u using?

Your plant is busy producing a root system right now, give her another week or so and you'll start seeing new leaves.

are you growing indoors or out? If your outside the sun is in flower mode. They would be needing more light. If your inside you might just be a little inpatient.

im just useing a normal fluorecent light.... i know it aint good but im on a budget.... btw i just joined and i got like 4 replys... thx its in a beer pong cup atm....

The first 2 weeks of a plant's life, it focuses mainly on root development over vegitative growth.


There are other factors though can cripple a plant's development. Poor lighting, wrong light spectrum, ph levels, soil and drainage, etc

But like I said, MOST growth takes place in the soil in the first week or so.




Here is an example of a plant roughly 1 week from breaking ground.

these are not magical beans and there are no faster ways to grow from seeds than just time and water and patience. patience being the most important one

the only thing with to much time is i need to make money off this plant hopeing its female cus the temps are gonna be droppin soon and i wanna buy a tent and a light so i can grow more..... ya feal me?

Most of us dont grow for profit.

If your just trying to make a quick buck, find a new hobby.

If your in a rush Im thinking your in the wrong game, because its going to be a couple of months before you see ANY money from your plant. You gotta invest time and money before that.

Get some more lights on it.... If you can....

no no no. im not only in it for the money. i just need money off my first plant so i can buy shit so i can have legit plants lol if u saw my setup u would understand.......

i am sure my set up is just as getto if not worse but there is something to be said for growing great bud in getto grows. i just use 5 gallon spackel buckets i got off a job. they make great dwc's if you ask me. and i love them and i have never had a problem with water temps or ph using them because i have never check any of those things. the only thing i have ever checked on any grow i have ever done was temps. and when it was 90 i add another fan outlet and got to 85 and i am very happy and my plants seem to be very happy. who cares about the money that can be made. if you add up your electric bill every month along with nutes there isnt that mych being made
