my plants going yellow from the bottom up

the tops are still green its just getting dark and the flash make the whole plant look yellow the tops are green its the bottom half im having trouble with
 
it rains everyday here alot of thunderstorms. if anything they are getting too much but it drains well

ahhh. yep. roots are probably rotting. They need to be dried out. Can you cut up a plastic bag and put it over the tops of your buckets to prevent them from getting water for couple of days? That'd help. Right now it's a small problem, but it will turn into a big problem if it goes uncorrected.

thats a good possibility its been raining too much for the last two weeks. everyday its been raining and inch or two here
 
well i transplanted and put them in the ground and gave them both a splash of superthrive im hoping this will help straighten them out. when i cut away the buckets there seem to be more water than i expected at the bottom of the buckets
 
I had always heard not to use superthrive during budding but you may know something I do not. Also ive heard that hygrozyme and hydrogen peroxide can both discourage root rot if that is indeed the problem your having
 
well i transplanted to the ground so it should dry up some and i heard that superthrive will slow flowering down.but i used a lil bit just to be safe
