i agree that the poster is overwatering but to say that the plant is rootbound or "cramped" is totally off base. You have more than enough room in the containers to support root growth at this time.pick the little pots up after water and check as you want you will start to be able to tell by weight when they need water. those pots are pretty small i would use keg cups next time as the juana root loves her space she is probably cramped in those right now. the pics look like the plants are water logged so I would back off the water routine
there is not a specific routine you can follow with watering, you need to water your plant when it is thirsty, not by a certain number of days, as it is different in each climate and by each plant. feel your soil, lift your container. By feeling and lifting you get an idea of how much water is in your container. Let your medium dry somewhat inbetween waterings. you can purchase a relatively inexpensive moisture meter at home depot if you are unable to determine when your plant needs water.you should water maybe every 4 or 5 days with a little plant. If you water to often the roots will just sit there and it will look like it root bound~
