A little more effort maybe needed. One pic no info how could anyone help you? Theres tons of info and some really good growers but nobody's can walk you threw it. Spend 10 minutes reading and at least figure out what info is needed for someone to help you. If i showed you a pic of the motor in my car and asked you why it wouldn't start could you tell me?
so you use no fertilizer and no nutrients at all - this right here is the problem. plants need nutrients to grow. I am not saying you need to drown your plants in bottled nutrients from the hydro store, but cmon man you gotta have a plan to give them what they need. the only people that use straight water have a supersoil and can tell you exactly what went into it( ie nutrients).
