If it benefits you , then yes. It can become a little annoying LolAnd is it worth the hassle to save the glands that fall off during trim?

Wow, I'm in your neck if the woods all the time! I'm in the CG area! We should meet for ice cream at the drive-in in Rice Hill.Like I said before, there's several ways to skin a cat.
I cut branches, wet trim the fan leaves and hang 'em for a week or so until the stem bends but doesn't snap. Then I dry trim the sugar leaves & popcorn nugs & save 'em for edibles & cure the buds. I know it's more work, but I'm small time and that's the way the person I learned from does it. Just pick a way and go with it. You'll do fine.
Now I'm about 100 miles south of you as the crow flies, and there's definitely a change in the weather patterns between us. (somewhere around Rice Hill) I grow indoors as well. In the summer, down here it takes 4 days between wet and dry trim. For an early October outdoor harvest it takes 7-8 days between wet and dry trim. For a midwinter harvest I have to dry in my grow room, because even after 10-12 days it won't get dry enough to dry trim if I've kept it in the barn. As a rule, I don't use humidifiers and heaters, as I only grow a few at a time.
Proper curing will take months. Don't confuse "curing" with "drying". This post explains the process as well as anything I've seen. That DVD is awesome! Jorge's the man! It's plain simple and to the point! Now my question is how do u know when they're done curing?
Not all GDP will purple. I have had a few that had purple hues but never turned fully purple.I wondered why my GDP isn't turning purple so I read and article that says if its exposed to heat above 80 ° it won't turn purple! We've had many days in the 90's. So its not going to turn purple at all guys ?????
Not to my knowledge. Some of them purple because of genetics and some purple from cold. Mine did not purple but it was as potent as ever. Will GDP not being purple affect the potency or taste?
