my plants messin up on me

iv had my plant growing for about 2 months now and its all kinds of messd up..its not even big prolly like 4 inches tall mayb.
well its got some leaves that look real dark green and their all curld up and weak and sum have this white mark going through them with black little lines in the middle going through it to.
whats wrong with it and how can i fix it??

need pitchers of the plant,
alot more info: eg indoor,outside,nuts,lights,fun,water,temp,ect them ppl will help out
