I've got the same glass jars with wire closures in my 'fridge! They are great for storage after the product has been dried and cured.
I do not stockpile product like that though out of self defense, legal-speaking.
I've got a foot-high spice rack that is built as a carousel with 16 different bottles. It is more than half full with the different varieties
I grow. Same idea, smaller scale.
