My Room> Tips?

Ok I have a veg room sealed from the flowering room with 3 ballasts and 9 CFL bulbs on a reflector ( have access to a 1000W MH Better?)
the room holds about 100 seedlings/Clones
Flowering room is an 8x4 on one side with 2 400w HPS and a 6foot running across the end of that table with 600W HPS covering the 6 food and end of the 8footer.
Other side of the room is another 8x4 with 1000w HPS and a 1000W metal (unless i move the metal into the veg room)
Im using MG moisture controll soil (untill I go to flowering in 2gal pots and im going to soiless) with 5-10-5 nutriated water every 7days.
As for watering i had a overwater issue and just transplanted everything because of a fungus on the top of the soil due to the moisture, so now im doing a leaf mist every day sometimes 2 times a day and wetting the soil every day unless otherwise needed (finger test)
Ph of my water and soil is around 5.5 give or take 1.

My temp is running 80-82 in veg and 76-79 in flowering room, I dont have any ventalation yet I have temp switches comming and intake (cold) comming in the bottom and Hotair going out the top on the temp timer (NO CO2 system too hot?)
Im having slight yellowing issues on my clones maybe because they are the only ones under an HPS?? (too tall for the CFLS with sprouts under it)
all my babies are under 24/0 light for veg. Thats all i can think of for now, TIPS PLEASE i have done some reseach but I know there is tons to learn on this hobby and There is tons of knowlage floating around on this site, so please give your imput good or bad, any other questions about set up or method just ask.

what up bro sounds like your on the right path but how are you going to flower in what kind of soilless are you going to use and what kind of nutes are you going to use . and i heard you say some thing about co2 if you have it use it cause that will help a lot and your room is at the right temp for it and other then that i dont really know what eals you need help with but if you have any qustions send me a pm and i will help you out the best i can because i do a soilless mix and it kicks ass

Thanks co2 might me something id do in the future. As for soilless im not sure same for nutes. That is one of the things im unsure of. Any info would be apreciated. Thanks again for the help

well what i would use for a nutrients is the flora GH series i only use the micore and bloom and then add my cow-mag and kool bloom and h2o2 and thats what i use for flower and for vegging i like to use the flora nova grow cause its a organic nutrients and i can hit my plants hard with out burning them . I always get really good results using toughs nutrients and there really easy to use as well . For a soiless mix i use rock wool in veg and ones there ready for flower i put them in pots with hydro tone and it works great for me , but i also grow in 5 gallon buckets and just fill it full of per-light and just drill 2 run off holes 2 inches from the bottom and just test my rum offs PH and PPM and just do a water water feed thorough the week and its one of the easiest ways to grow if you ask me and i do that for my mothers as well but for the most part i do flood and drain i just started doing the 5 gallon buckets to grow bigger plants and see how much i can pull off one plant if i grow it really big cause i only veg my plants till there about a foot and a half some times just a foot tall and it usually takes me 2 to 3 week of veg to get that tall then its on to flower for 8 to 10 weeks .
