My roots are gone!

I've been all over the site and haven't found the answer. I have an ebb and flow tray and i used a coco mat to help control algae. i guess to much water left in the mat caused roots to die off. I'm thinking i was not letting mat dry enough between watering. Finally removed mat and replaced in pots with hydroton. what can i do to help these poor babies reroot? any comments/help would be greatly appreciated. btw they are still in veg.

Nothing??? Did I burn my roots off, did they rot off, no ideas......anyone? I trying a foliar feed and put some root stim in res with ph'd water. Any other ideas to try and get my roots back and plants growing again?????

you can try some root hormone for cloning. other that that i dont know, sorry bro, hope u can figure it out...

That or plain water either one, MJ knows to grow roots, hormone should help tho.
