My Scrog attempt 1st grow a picture is a thousand words

When I got my clones they all had a few small flowers the large one scroged under the screen is the only one that has reveged. (All the others continued to try and flower and start to go die off with no warning signs) After awhile lower growth started to flower I thought it was caused by shadowing so that's why I used the scrog to even the lighting out. But even with all my efforts the buds continue to form. And all the new growth is throwing pistols as you can kinda see in the pics I've had the clone for a good while aprox 8 weeks in veg

The pic above confirms it for sure.

They might be 250 equivalent watt cfls which comes out to 55 actual watts. They look a little bit small even for 55 actual watt cfls though.

The bulb in the middle is mounted long ways and is actually quite large i don't have the box or anything but it was given to me by a friend who ordered it off the internet I was told it was a 250w 6500k daylight plant and wildlife light. What i do know is that its the largest CFL you can get with out stepping up to a mogul socket the 2 smaller bulbs I bought myself are rated at like 150w so i believe there are around 40-45w actual rating and the large bulb is at least 3 or 4 times larger than the 150w output bulbs.

So no ones really said much about my plant so I'm just going to throw some questions out there if any one can help me out with some answers it'd be great.

Does my plant look healthy?

Why are the leaves around the early flowers curled?

Will the flowers that started early need to be harvested early?

The last question i really ask with intent as the early flowers are getting really frosty but some of the white hairs are starting to amber and i had a few other clones that were just budding and i guess I waited to long and I lost my tester buds if you will. And I don't want to lose any bud off my now only plant specially before I switch to flower it would just suck.....

Please give me some general feed back on how everything looks. Ive got a lot about lighting but Id like to know weather or not I'm doing a good job. There's lots of pictures threw out this post so look threw and feel free to criticize (just please no cfl comments) feel free to let me know if you see any stress.
Or any reason why my girl started to flower early could shadowing cause this?
