Well pc grows are fun but I think after trying the pc grow I would rather have a bigger cab and more space to work with. I guess it's great if your worried about having enough room and being stealthy. It was a fun little grow but like I said it got annoying having to work in such a small space. Thanks for looking at my thread

Paperplane, Awesome grow mate! You asked about darkness prior to harvest. I have seen anywhere from 3 to 7 days recommended, depending on the strain. It is kind of a pre-curing method, especially if you stop watering it adds to the resin development and apparently the final THC strength, while also getting an early start on drying. I recommend it, since this is going to be a small experiment anyway :P

With the 3 days of darkness do you still water? I'm 99% sure you don't feed but not sure about watering, I'd assume you don't water as it has been refereed to as 'pre curing' or 'pre drying'

I'm probly going to stop watering and put it into darkness for 2 days before harvest, It's almost ready I'm just waiting for the trics to get amber. They are all super cloudy so shouldn't be too long now. Plus it has gotten so much thicker in the past 4 days its amazing. Going to try to post some new pics tomorrow sometime when I get home. thanks

Yeah, you stop watering up to 7 days before harvest, it and the darkness really gets the buds finished off right, slightly drying out and much more resin production. What I am reading says that that extra water/dark stress right at the end makes the female plant do the best she can to get pollen. This means increased resin production (higher THC content and dense nugs) and since you are going to dry for a week or so, why not stop watering and get an early start, while the nugs resin up. JMHO.

Got a couple new pics to share, This thing is looking and smelling great!! :lol:

I had let it dry out for 3 days and it was looking a little droopy and the leaves didn't look that great. I added a quart of water with molasses and tonight I checked on it and it perked right back up, really want to harvest but checked with a pocket magnifying glass and none of the trics are amber in color yet.... :wall:

* Hopefully this time next week It will be ready, check it out guys

Yeah it has gotten much bigger, hoping to get at least 5-7 grams dry. What ever I get I will be happy with lol its going to be a good smoke for sure

Nice grow! I just finished my pc build and am deciding to sell it or not (in az and help patients out) I am about to do a rubbermaide tub soon too for another patient! But I had a question the the cloudy vs amber color, is that only a ripeness indicator? I have heard/read a few times that if they are cloudy its more of a head high and a amber is gonna hit your body more? But good looking grow man!

Yeah the darker the trics are the more high you get lol. I usually like to harvest my plants when they are mostly cloudy and only around 5% amber, thats just how I prefer my bud. Thanks for looking, my harvest pics will be posted in a few days.

Yeah man it is pretty tempting to chop it early, Im no noob tho lol I know when my stuff is ready for chop. It wil be in a few days for sure. I'll post the pics over the weekend

Well this grow has come to an end, thanks everyone for all the great information and nice comments. It was a fun month and a half, learned a lot about micro/LST growing and got some great looking bud out of it. I didn't want to get any wet weight's because that is not accurate and i'm just curious about the dry stuff anyway, so for those who are going to ask about the weight I'm not sure yet because it's still drying and curing. Looks like it will be somewhere around 5-6 grams but no weigh in yet. Here's a few pics I took of the chop, I'l post more when its all dry :leaf:
