i have some sad news...

looks like i am having a Hermie Crisis

the Blueberry plant is growing some hermie bananas, its on day 42 of flowering...
i thought i was clear of getting hermies but i guess not...

and then we have the LSD... she is an extremely slow budder... im kind of nervous that the LSD might turn Hermie as well...

The White Widow is looking amazing tho! so many crystals!! so smelly and dank already...

the Powekrush is looking Very nice as well... nothing but crystals and pretty bud development...

i will most likely finish flowering the Blueberry and see what i can get out of it, although it looks like from now on it will produce more bananas...

i still havent seen any bananas or balls on any of the LSD's but im starting to get worried.. she is budding extremly slow. virtually no Crystals like the Blueberry...

so right now i am only confident about the White Widow and Powerkush...

the Blueberry and LSD may not turn out as i wanted them to

Don't get too worried about the hermies...it happens. Blueberry is very prone to hermie, especially if it is from dutch passion.

Just pluck them out with tweezers and keep an eye out for them. I've never had them grow back in the same place twice.

My LSD did throw out a couple bananas towards the end of flower, but only a couple and only after ~60 days. But it didn't really bud "slowly." But slow maturation certainly does not imply a propensity towards hermie. Plants flower at different rates. That's just how it works. Don't read too much into it.

I couldn't help but notice your cloning methods.

Your plants look great BTW! and good choices on strains...

Getting cloning right is essential. It would help to either invest or build an EZ Cloner set-up. Getting clones to root healthy is easy with aeroponic propagation.
I picked up an EZ Cloner 30 site, and was amazed at all the healthy roots they had in 5 days. You don't even have to use anti-wilt or a dome. It's by far the best purchase to date.... well besides the Platinum Fresca Sols.

Also... when you take your clones, make a split with a clean scalpel or razor on the bottom of the stem to expose more surface area for the roots to grow. Then dip it into the gel.
 
today is day 44 for my 3 Big Plants and its day 24 flowering for my clones...

ive been picking maybe 5 bananas off the Blueberry everyday.... she is looking good tho, so i hope the little balls stop growing..

the white widow looks so nice :mrgreen:
she has alot of crystals and it smells so pretty... its already getting sticky

the LSD is budding slooow like usual:sleep:
i hope she starts taking off these last couple of weeks... she still hasnt shown any balls or anything, so hopefully she doesnt go hermie on me....

and now the CLONES :blsmoke:
i am extremly excited about the clones! they have been really budding nicely these last few days, the nuggs on some of the clones are bigger then the nuggs on the Big Plants...

the Powerkush is looking AMAZING!...

Hey everyone!
Today I just put another 16 clones under the 1000 watt hps,
they will begin flowering now...

I will cut another 16 cuttings tomorrow,
and put them in a humidity dome so they root...

So now I have 12 clones that have been flowering for 25 days,
and another 16 clones that I just put today...

I will have pics of my flowering area later tonight...​
 
today is day 46 day flowering for my 3 big plants, and its day 26 flowering for my clones in the back, and the new clones have been flowering for 1 day...

i am extremly pleased with my clones, especially Powerkush and White Widow... Blueberry and LSD are doing good but they are just budding slower and not developing nearly as much crystals as the PK & WW...

i am able to fit 3 +4ft plants and 27 clones under 1 1000 watt HPS,

my goal is to flower 64 clones at the same time,
32 under 1 1000 watt HPS,

you look like you know what you're doing man. so simple, but badass at the same time. i have 4 clones under a metal halide veggin right now. i hope they turn out as nice as yours!!!
 
Whatever you do, don't get frustrated with the Barney's Farm LSD and cut her early! Mine seemed to develop a bit slow and I wasn't very optimistic about it, but then the last 2 or 3 weeks before harvest she REALLY took off and fattened up big-time! I skipped part of your journal so I missed this info; whose PowerKush are you growing? I'm currently growing some Dinafem PK's that I'm really impressed with.

hey man,
yeah the LSD is growing slow, she has a pine smell to her,
I'll make sure she fattens up before I cut her down,

I got some freebie seeds from Dinafem,
I picked the Powerkush and White Widow,

wow man the powerkush is in a class ofits own, it's budding so fast and has some very nice crystals, I feel that this PK is really gonna surprise me...​

thanks guys,
today i will be cutting 20 more clones and put them under a humidity dome till they root,
i will be cutting 10 powerkush and 10 LSD,
they all shud completely root in 20 days, just in time to harvest the clones i got flowering already... ​

whats up man, first off +rep. good job with the SoG setup, im planing the same method but bigger.

Second, bout the cat. i've never heard about them pissing on the plants, they just piss anywhere and stinks up the whole house, side note: no body wants to smoke hair, every animal sheds and you got wood floors, every time a door opens and a draft kicks up hair is gona go flying and get all over your buds which is very bad... no body wants a hairy bud besides its own hairs.. Having wood floors like that, I would atleast sweep the room once a day to keep everything out and def keep your cat outa the room.

im goin for 10 squar feet per room doing 4 rooms so i harvest every 2 weeks and going with 4 dual 1k watt hps cool tubes
