Had these in a dark area for 5 days, Should I give them some light? Also, I dropped these seeds into a pod and put in a dark area for 4 or 5 days. What did I do wrong? What causes them to reach 7" tall before sprouting a leaf? The two on the left are 6 to 7" tall and the other 2 are about 5" tall. Might be finding somthing to tie them up soon. I brought them out into the light and took off dome and 1 collapsed on me. Folded right in half and laid there. Put dome back on and she come back up and grew 2" more last day or so. These are sour 60 auto's.

They are desperate for light man! You will have to open the vent on the dome to get them used to less humid environment. They should have been taken out the dark as soon as they broke the surface.

I found the cure for over population.....make everyone grow their own food.

Its obvious you didn't read much before starting in on growing.

I miss the library.

get a fan blowing on them and bring the light down as close as possible and i mean within a couple of inches . they're just stretched. what medium are you gonna be growing them in? if it was soil or coco id suggest burying the stem all the way and only leave the last 2" showing, if you dont there gonna struggle as they attempt to support future weight/growth.

lol, they need light big time!! Its not as if you can shrink them so make sure you have some sticks to support them when the keel over. As they grow if you keep the light regualr, good nutes they will thicken out eventually.

Get them indirt immediately and brace them up with something to keep them from falling over. They are light-starved
so you need to get them more or a closer bulb. Indirect fan action will tell the plant to grow a stronger main stem.

Good luck, BigSteve.
