my seeds just sprouted,should i start floros immediately?

i have 20 seeds in root riot starter cubes. half just sprouted and cracked the surface today. should i immediately turn on the flourescents?

Thats fine seedlings don't need very much light, t5s are perfect. when they become bigger you could probably add more light depending on how many watts of light you have. I vegged 4 plants under like 125 watts of t5 for a small cfl grow and they grew nicely.

edit: make sure you the light is close enough to the seedlings to they don't stretch, i'd say like a foot away or so... maybe even closer if you would like.
